Special Delivery

Why is it that when you finish a project, take the picture and THEN realize there is something you would do differently!!  Ugh!!  On this one, the felt flower was the last thing I glued on and I wish I would have moved it up a little. It would have looked better.  But the glue is dried and this is the way it is.  I think the rest of it turned out cute. This little turtle is from Karen's Doodles.  I also saw it in Stamp It! Techniques magazine.  I thought this image would be perfect for our cute little neighbor girls. They have a box turtle name Rex. She's only about 7 years old and will live to be in her 90's! So the girls will have to pass her on to their grandchildren! Isn't that amazing? We watch her when they go on vacation and he's really quite the character believe it or not.

Hope everyone is safe and warm after the winter snowstorm we've had the last couple days.  We've dug ourselves out and had some fun with the dogs out in the snow today. If you have a chance, take a look at my Barb's Beautiful Blooms blog for some pictures of our sweet babies (ok they are 90 lb babies, but still our babies)!!  Thanks for stopping by!!
